To
save space on your computer by using the MP3-compression-system
it's
necessary to compress the original audio signal by using an encoder.
If
you wanna listen to the compressed file you need a real-time decoder
to
uncompress the compressed signal temporarily.
My favourite combination of Player and Encoder is WinAMP(Player) and L3Enc(Encoder). Til now I had no problems using this combination.
